Nathan is one of the world’s leading fish chefs. A proud ambassador of all things Cornish, he has two Michelin star restaurants in Port Isaac serving the best fish and seafood available from Cornish waters. His style of cooking is one of simplicity but with complex flavour combinations using local, seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients.

His infectious enthusiasm for food makes him a popular guest on TV shows including a series shot with Valentine ‘Hook It, Cook It’ which saw the pair cook and fish their way across Europe. His several cookbooks are firm favourites in many a household and we know that guests will enjoy his gentle wisdom.

He’ll be joined on the trip by host and chef Valentine, top London bartender James Randall and highly respected illustrator Anna Koska, known for capturing the natural world in breathtaking detail in her paintings. In her recently published artistic journal ‘From Coast and Cove’, Anna celebrates the natural world of the English coastline throughout the seasons. She is an inspiring teacher. Local experts and guides will complete the programme.
